The processing time depends on the level of difficulty and production details. For commonly made items, the production process takes a maximum of 2 weeks unless there is a holiday or there are a lot of production orders. Further information will be provided later.

Our packing process is very safe because it goes through the bubble plastic stage, single face, before being packed in cardboard or plywood (depending on request) and then protected with wooden packaging. The cost is borne by the consumer, if you want it to be more secure, it can be discussed further.

Payment is made by submitting a DP in advance of 50% of the total order value. Furthermore, the balance is paid when the goods are ready to be sent to the intended address.
